Bypassing the factory amplifier will require an aftermarket amplifier or using the aftermarket radio's internal amplifier.
Retaining the factory amplifier is the easiest option when replacing a factory radio. In some vehicles retaining the factory amplifier is the only option. But your new stereo's sound is limited to what the factory amplifier's out capabilities are.
Easily replace your factory speakers without cutting a single factory wire. Speaker replacement harnesses make this very easy with a simple plug and play connector so you don't have to splice the factory speaker cables.
Some factory radio's have a video input but the manufacturer opted to not install the camera due to vehicle package or options reasons. You can easily add a reverse camera to the factory radio with a simple harness. Easily repair your factory radio connectors when they have been damaged or cut. Our color coded wiring harnesses allow you to easily replace cut off connectors or damaged wiring.
When replacing your factory radio with an aftermarket radio you will want to most likely retain your OEM subwoofer for your bass notes. Subwoofer retention harnesses make this very easy with a simple plug and play connector so you don't have to splice signal wires to aftermarket connectors that your new aftermarket radio can use to send the audio signals to the factory subwoofer.
